  • Q1: How do I donate items like furniture, household goods or building supplies?

    • Go to the “Donation Submissions” page on our website.

    • Review the guidelines at the top of the page

    • Select the links for pickup or drop off to submit your donation.

  • Q2: How long does it take for my donation to get picked up after I submit my donation for review?

    • The turnaround time for you donations to get picked up is usually 10-14 days.

    • Photo review time is 24-48 hours.

  • Q3: Where does the money go after the ReStore sells donations?

    • The money raised at the ReStore is used to fund our Habitat Bergen building projects. These building projects are all located in Bergen County so the money stays within our community.

  • Q4: What are your hours?

    • We are open Tuesday through Friday from 10 am until 6 pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

  • Q5: Can I just drop stuff off?

    • You can drop off accepted donations during our donation drop off hours from 10 am until 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday.

    • For faster assistance, please back your vehicle up to the loading dock between the orange cones. A bell will ring inside the building to notify our staff of your arrival.

    • PLEASE NOTE: The workers at the loading dock reserve final right of acceptance based on their in person review of your donations.

  • Q6: Can anyone shop at the ReStore?

    • Yes, our ReStore is open to the public. No membership is required.
